1. Data controller

The controller of the personal data you provide through this website is Miro-Luengo Multiservicios S.L. 2. What data we collect

Through the quote form we collect the details you enter: the type of work, whether you are a private customer or a business, your town, when you would like to start, the description of the job, your name, your phone number and your email address (if you give it). If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, or call us, we will process the data you give us in that conversation. We do not ask for special categories of personal data; please do not include them in your messages.

Measuring visits and contacts (without cookies): to find out how many visits this website receives, which pages are viewed most, what kind of site visitors arrive from (a search engine, a social network, a direct link), whether they visit on a mobile or a computer, and how many times the WhatsApp, call or email buttons are pressed and the form is sent, we count this data in aggregate. We do not use cookies or store anything on your device for this, and we do not store your IP address or any identifier: only daily totals, kept with our hosting provider (Netlify). As this is our own aggregated measurement that does not identify anyone, it does not require your consent; you can object by writing to the email address in section 1.

3. What we use it for and on what legal basis

• Dealing with your enquiry or quote request. Legal basis: your consent, which you give by ticking the box and sending the form, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Managing the business relationship if you hire our services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and complying with applicable legal obligations, such as tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not make automated decisions or create profiles with your data, and we do not use it to send you marketing communications unless you have asked for them or expressly consent.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as necessary to deal with your request and, if you go on to hire us, for the duration of the business relationship. After that, we keep it duly blocked for the legal periods during which liabilities may arise and, once these have passed, we delete it. If you do not hire us, we delete it once it is no longer needed to deal with your enquiry.

5. Who we share it with

We do not pass your data on to third parties unless required by law. Only the following providers have access to it, solely to provide us with their service and under contract:

• Netlify, Inc.: hosts this site and receives form submissions in order to forward them to us. Its data processing agreement is published at netlify.com/gdpr-ccpa.
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.): emails the company a notice of each quote request, from servers in the European Union (Ireland). Its data processing agreement is published at resend.com/legal/dpa.
• RelyViews: designs and maintains this site and manages the hosting account in which forms are received. It acts as data processor on behalf of Miró Luengo Multiservicios, solely to forward your request to us, with a duty of confidentiality and an obligation to return or delete the data when the service ends.
• WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp; governed by its own privacy policy.

6. International transfers

Netlify, Resend and Meta have their parent companies in the United States, so using their services may involve transferring data outside the European Economic Area. This is done with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to ml.multiservicios.sl@gmail.com. We will reply within one month at most. If you believe your data is not being processed correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
